Výměnou vstupenky za vstupní náramek návštěvník potvrzuje, že se seznámil s návštěvním řádem areálu hradu Helfštýn a s těmito podmínkami, a zavazuje se je po celou dobu konání akce dodržovat.

Návštěvník bere na vědomí a výslovně souhlasí s tím, že v průběhu festivalu může být pořizován obrazový, zvukový i audiovizuální záznam jeho osoby, a to za účelem dokumentace, propagace a mediální prezentace akce. Takto pořízené záznamy mohou být bez dalšího souhlasu návštěvníka užity pořadatelem a jeho smluvními partnery v rozsahu stanoveném příslušnými právními předpisy.

Areál hradu Helfštýn je historickou památkou mimořádného charakteru s nerovným terénem, sníženými průchody, nezabezpečenými okraji a dalšími specifiky odpovídajícími stáří a stavu stavby. Návštěvník bere na vědomí, že pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za újmu na zdraví či majetku, kterou si návštěvník způsobí vlastním nevhodným chováním, nedodržením pokynů pořadatelské služby nebo nerespektováním bezpečnostních opatření stanovených pro pohyb v areálu.
