Inger Illel

Inger Illel is a DJ and producer whose musical journey began with participation in the illegal raves that took place in Eastern Europe in the early 2010s. These underground events, known for their raw aesthetics and spirit of radical freedom, laid the foundation for his sound — dark, textural, and deeply immersive. It’s techno that evokes a sense of space, tension, and introspective focus.

After relocating to the Czech Republic, Inger became a resident of CUKR — one of the most atmospheric and uncompromising projects on the Prague scene. CUKR events were held in unconventional venues — from monasteries and theaters to banks and universities — merging music, performance, and visual art into a singular experience that defied genre boundaries.

During this period, he also began collaborating with visual artist Predzemsar, with whom he co-founded Mezibranská — a creative collective bridging sound, spatial design, and collective energy.

In 2021, he co-founded the Amphibian label alongside artists Mu’taism, atch22, and

Aplus plus. This independent imprint is focused on techno and adjacent forms of experimental electronic music. It emerged as a platform for artists seeking to explore sound outside of genre clichés and industry expectations. Amphibian brings together diverse producers and DJs with differing perspectives, united by a shared dedication to authenticity, intuition, and sonic exploration. The label’s ethos is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a commitment to sincere expression — both in sound and in the context of live performance.

An Inger Illel set is always a journey. Through techno, he constructs narratives that draw the listener into a space of internal exploration, creating a unique form of empathy between artist and audience.

“Inger Illel je DJ a producent, jehož hudební cesta začala účastí na ilegálních rave party, které se konaly ve východní Evropě na začátku roku 2010. Tyto undergroundové akce, známé svou syrovou estetikou a duchem radikální svobody, položily základy jeho zvuku – temného, ​​texturálního a hluboce imerzivního. Je to techno, které evokuje pocit prostoru, napětí a introspektivního zaměření. Po přestěhování do České republiky se Inger stal rezidentem CUKR – jednoho z nejatmosféričtějších a Nejnekompromisnějších projektů na pražské scéně. Akce CUKR se konaly v nekonvenčních prostorách – od klášterů a divadel až po banky a univerzity – a propojovaly hudbu, performance a vizuální umění do jedinečného zážitku, který bořil hranice žánrů. V tomto období také začal spolupracovat s vizuálním umělcem Predzemsarem, se kterým spoluzaložil Mezibranská – kreativní kolektiv propojující zvuk, prostorový design a kolektivní energii. V roce 2021 spolu s umělci Mu’taism, atch22 a Aplus plus spoluzaložil label Amphibian. Tento nezávislý label se zaměřuje na techno a související formy experimentální elektronické hudby. Vznikl jako platforma pro umělce, kteří se snaží prozkoumat zvuk mimo žánrová klišé a očekávání hudebního průmyslu. Amphibian sdružuje rozmanité producenty a DJe s odlišnými perspektivami, které spojuje společné odhodlání k autenticitě, intuici a zvukovému objevování.
